PROJECT MANAMEGENT COACHING
We understand that in some cases our customers already have in-house project managers, that they would like to involve in their projects and/or programs. These project managers might not have the approriate experience to manage large scale projects or programs. We work together with our customers to identify potential coaching needs, to help reduce the risk of project failures due to lack of experience and knowledge.
