PROJECT MANAGEMENT

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project management is our core business

We focus on helping you achieve consistent results and success

Project management is an integral part of doing business. Whether launching a new product or service, organizing a marketing event, implementing a new IT system, putting together a bid, onboarding a new customer or working on a merger & acquisition project, proper project management is key.

Project management is recognized as a professional skillset, that can significantly reduce the risk of project failure, help prevent budget overruns, achieve value creation and increase the likelihood of project success.

A project per definition is a temporary endeavor, (with a clear start and end) and therefore the need for project management is ever-changing. As a new project begins, a company might not have (sufficient) inhouse project management resources and/or expertise to fulfil the business demand.

At Nkululeko Consultancy we have experience in waterfall, hybrid and agile project management methods:

Agile Methodology

The agile methodology is used in projects where not all the requirements are known at the start or in projects where you want to have scope flexibility

Hybrid Methodology

The hybrid methodology is used in projects that have both elements from both waterfall and agile project management
